Creation of transport and passenger transport interchange nodes at the point where route networks of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region

Creation and development of the network transport interchange passenger transport nodes at the point where route networks Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region, taking into account the need to create ride parking lots, using a public-private mechanism partnerships. 

Increasing the attractiveness of public transport and the creation of prerequisites for the shift of the population when moving between the city and the region with private transport to public due to:

• reducing the total time on the road, by reducing the time for transferring from one mode to another and improve the conditions of transplants;

• increasing the availability of all types of passenger transport and an even distribution of passenger traffic;

• increase comfort of passenger public transport;

• increase passenger safety.

The estimated cost of the implementation of the subroutine for the period 2015-2020 gg. It amounts to 18.6 billion. rub.
