Arrangement of transport interchange at different levels with the Ring Road in the alignment of Grazhdansky Prospekt in the municipal settlement of Murino to organize traffic planned for the Devyatkino transfer hub construction and a new highway exiting St. Petersburg from the Ring Road with a bypass to municipal settlements of Murino and Novoye Devyatkino with additional access to the existing highway "St. Petersburg - Matoksa" in the Vsevolozhsk district of Leningrad Region
