Highway along the Ring Road from Shosseynaya st. (road St. Petersburg - Zaporizhzhye - Priozersk) to prospective interchange with the Ring Road (in alignment with Grazhdansky pr.)

In order to promptly resolve difficult transport situation in the Town of Murino and the village Bugry of the Vsevolozhsk district in the Leningrad Region on behalf of the Government of the Leningrad region, the Directorate developed a territory planning project and boundary-setting plan of the road.
Taking into account facilities under construction such as "Connecting the international automobile station as part of the transport hub "Devyatkino" to the Ring Road. Stage 2. Interchange with the Ring Road at the section km 30 + 717 of the straight part of the Ring Road" and new road exit planned for construction from St. Petersburg in the alignment of pr. Kultury towards the village Bugry the road will become an alternative to the federal highway A-118 “Ring Road" and one of the most important elements of the transport system of the Vsevolozhsk District of the Leningrad Region, will allow for establishment of additional transport links between the village Bugry and the Town of Murino.

- improving transport accessibility of fast-developing residential areas of the Leningrad Region at the border with St. Petersburg;

- improving the living conditions and quality of life of the population;

- developing additional transport links between Bugrovsky rural settlement and Murinsky urban settlement;

- constructing additional approach road sections to the prospective transportation hub “Devyatkino”;

- maintaining high socio-economic growth rates of the region.
